I will undoubtedly be toying around a great deal with this site in the next several days, learning the ins and outs of what I can do on this blog, so I apologize if this site experiences some major, and seemingly random, changes before I settle into my own particular groove. In the upcoming weeks and months though, I hope to provide an accurate and up-to-date account of major events that are taking place in the intertwined world of sports and politics. Whether it is merely a politician congratulating their team for a major win all the way up to a sports franchise threatening to move unless they receive special funding from their municipality, I hope to cover everything and anything that brings these two arenas together.
